3. PAYMENT & PRICING
  1. All payments must be made in full before receiving access to the database.
  2. Prices are subject to change at the Company’s discretion without prior notice.
  3. We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and PayPal.
  4. Any unpaid invoices may lead to account suspension, legal action, or denial of future services.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
  1. All sales are final and non-refundable (refer to our Refund Policy for details).
  2. The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the data as it is based on publicly available sources.
  3. Refunds are only applicable in rare cases, such as failure to deliver data due to technical reasons.

  5. Using the data for any unlawful activity.
  6. Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in legal action and permanent account suspension.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  1. The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or business disruptions caused by the use of our data.
  2. We do not guarantee any specific conversion rates, response rates, or business success from our leads.
  3. The Client acknowledges that data may become outdated over time due to natural market fluctuations.

12. DELIVERY TIME

  2. Delivery time may vary depending on quantity and custom requirements.
13. DATA REPLACEMENT POLICY
  1. If any genuine issue arises with the purchased data (DND numbers, invalid contacts, or unreachable leads), the Client must:
  2. Provide call recordings, work sheets, or email proof for verification.
  3. Once verified, the Company will replace the invalid data within 24 hours.
14. IMPORTANT NOTICE
  1. The databases sold by DATABASEPROVIDER.ORG are strictly intended for marketing purposes only.
