Refund Policy – DATABASEPROVIDER.ORG

At DatabaseProvider.org, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, reliable data to help you grow your business. However, due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

1. No Refund on Delivered Data

  1. All sales are final once the data is delivered to the client via email, cloud download, or any other method. 
  2. As our product is a digital and consumable good, we do not offer refunds once the database has been accessed, downloaded, or opened.

2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases 

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare scenarios:

  1. Non-Delivery of Data: If the client does not receive the purchased leads/database within 48 hours of successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  2. Corrupt or Unusable File: If the database file provided is corrupted or completely inaccessible, and a valid claim is raised within 24 hours.
  3. Duplicate Payment: If the client accidentally makes double or duplicate payments for the same order.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

  1. We source data from publicly available records, government listings, online directories, and third-party verified sources.
  2. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the data, as some contacts may become outdated over time due to job changes, number deactivations, or DND activation.
  3. No refund will be provided for minor inaccuracies, unreachable contacts, or bounce rates within industry standards.

4. Data Replacement Policy
In the event of major quality issues, we offer a data replacement option:

  1. Clients must submit proof of invalid leads, such as:
  • Call recordings
  • Screenshots of bounced emails
  • DND screenshots
  • Feedback form

After internal verification, replacement data of equivalent volume will be delivered within 24–48 business hours.

5. How to Apply for a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund (in applicable cases) or data replacement, the client must:

  1. Contact our support team at admin@databaseprovider.org within 24 hours of receiving the data.
  2. Share order ID, payment proof, and relevant evidence supporting the claim.
  3. All claims will be reviewed by our quality assurance team within 2–3 business days.

6. Abuse of Refund Policy

If we detect fraudulent refund requests, misuse of data, or attempts to manipulate our refund system, DatabaseProvider.org reserves the right to:
  • Reject the request
  • Suspend or blacklist the client’s account
  • Take legal action as per applicable laws

7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
If any disagreement or issue arises regarding this policy or our services, it will be handled under the legal jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

By using DatabaseProvider.org services, you agree that Mumbai will be the official location for resolving any legal matters related to our policies or services.
